If you’ve booked the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor and are eagerly waiting to bring it home, we have good news for you. Deliveries of the Toyota’s sub-4 metre crossover, which is basically a rebadged Maruti Suzuki Fronx, are now underway. The Taisor marks Toyota’s re-entry into the sub-4 metre SUV segment post the discontinuation of the Urban Cruiser (rebadged Brezza).
It’s offered in five broad trims and prices start from Rs 7.74 lakh (ex-showroom). You get to choose from either a naturally aspirated petrol, a turbo-petrol or an eco-friendly CNG powertrain. Check out the variant-wise prices of the Urban Cruiser Taisor here:

Outside, the Taisor comes packing a redesigned grille, new lighting signatures at the front and rear and a unique set of alloys. All these design changes help it stand out from its Maruti sibling, the Fronx. That said, the interior, save for the Toyota badges, is identical to its donor car. In terms of features, the Toyota Taisor comes packing a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with connected car tech, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control, a wireless phone charger, steering-mounted audio controls, cruise control, keyless entry with push button start and a head-up display.
Passenger safety is taken care of by up to six airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera and electronic stability control.
Underneath the hood, the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor is offered with three engine choices: a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol, a 1.2-litre CNG and a 1-litre turbo-petrol engine.
